About Dr. Bradley
Dr. Bradley Salvatore, DDS, founded Care Dental to do comprehensive dentistry the way it should be done — start to finish, by one person who owns the result. He trained at UCLA and then kept going: advanced surgery, dental implants, full-mouth reconstruction, and orthodontics.
That range is unusual. Most general dentists refer implants, extractions, and complex cases out to a string of specialists. Dr. Bradley does them in-house — he plans your treatment, performs the surgery and grafting, places the implants, and crafts the final teeth. Nothing gets lost in the handoffs, because there are no handoffs.
It also means real time with you. He explains what is happening and why, walks through your options — including insurance and monthly payment plans — and never rushes or pressures. Everyone who walks in is treated like the only patient that day.
