Medi-Cal Dental

A dentist who takes Medi-Cal.

Care Dental is a Medi-Cal Dental provider — the program many people still call Denti-Cal. We see adults 21 and over, and we see kids and teens, right here in Huntington Park. Bring your card and we will verify your benefits before treatment, so you know what to expect before anything starts.

What to expect here

A dental office that takes your Medi-Cal.

Adults and children

We see adults 21 and over, and we see children and teens — so the whole family can be cared for in one office. We are open Saturday mornings for families who cannot get away during the week.

We check your benefits first

Before any treatment, we confirm with Medi-Cal what your benefits cover and what they do not — and we tell you in plain words, before anything starts rather than after.

One dentist, one office

Dr. Bradley, a general dentist, cares for you from start to finish — no being passed between offices. Se habla español at every step.

The same dentist, the same chair, and the same unhurried explanation — whatever your coverage.

Common questions

Medi-Cal at our office.

Do you take Medi-Cal for adults, or just for children?

Both. We see adults 21 and over as well as children and teens, so you and your kids can be seen in the same office — often on the same day.

Is Medi-Cal the same as Denti-Cal?

Yes. Denti-Cal is the older name for the dental side of Medi-Cal — today it is called Medi-Cal Dental. If your card or your paperwork says Denti-Cal, you are in the right place.

What does Medi-Cal cover?

That depends on your specific benefits and your situation, so rather than guess, we verify it with Medi-Cal for you before treatment and tell you exactly what is covered and what is not — in plain words, before anything starts. You can also review your benefits at dental.dhcs.ca.gov.

What happens if something is not covered?

We tell you before treatment, never after. You decide what you want to do, and if you would like to move forward we will go over the payment options available to you. Nothing gets done without your say-so.

Do I need an appointment?

An appointment is best — it lets us verify your benefits before you arrive, so you are not left waiting. Call or text us, or book online any time. If you are in pain, tell us and we will fit you in as soon as we can.

My Medi-Cal dental benefits go through a dental plan — can you still see me?

Call or text us and we will help you check. Medi-Cal members in Los Angeles County get their dental benefits in more than one way, and which one you have decides how we bill. It takes us a minute to look up, and it is much better to find out now than after you have made the trip.

Let's check your Medi-Cal benefits.

Call or text us and we will look up what your Medi-Cal covers — before you ever sit in the chair.
