If you’ve lost most of your teeth — or you’re tired of a denture that moves — All-on-X gives you back a complete set that stays in. You bite, laugh, and eat the way you would with natural teeth.
What is All-on-X?
All-on-X — also called All-on-4 — is a full-arch tooth replacement that uses just a few strategically placed implants to support a complete set of upper or lower teeth. It’s made for people with several missing or failing teeth, or a denture they’re tired of fighting with, and it gives you a fixed, natural-looking smile — often in a single day. Because the teeth are anchored to the implants instead of resting on your gums, they stay secure and comfortable when you eat and talk.
Why people choose fixed teeth.
Fixed, not removable
Your teeth stay in your mouth — anchored to implants, not resting on your gums. Nothing to take out or soak.
Often in one day
Many patients leave with a full set of temporary teeth the same day, then return for the final, custom set.
Works even with bone loss
All-on-X is designed to use the bone you have. Even long-time denture wearers are often candidates — we’ll tell you honestly.
Is All-on-X right for you?
Multiple missing or failing teeth
You have several missing teeth — or teeth that are failing and need to come out — and you want a complete restoration rather than piece-by-piece repairs.
A denture that won’t stay put
You’re unhappy with a denture that slips, shifts, or feels uncomfortable, and you want teeth that stay in place on their own.
Bone loss in the jaw
You’ve experienced significant bone loss. All-on-X is designed to work with the bone you have, so many people who’ve been told they aren’t candidates still are.
You want fixed, permanent teeth
You’re looking for a fixed, permanent solution that looks and feels natural — not something you take out at night.
Your path to a full set of teeth.
Free consultation & 3-D scan
We map your jaw, confirm you’re a candidate, and lay out the plan — with insurance and monthly payment options, no surprises.
Surgery & same-day teeth
Dr. Bradley places the implants and, in many cases, fits a full set of temporary teeth the same day.
Your final teeth
After healing, we craft and fit your permanent set — shaped, shaded, and refined to look like they were always yours.
We see the whole picture before we begin.
Digital 3-D scanning
A comfortable handheld wand maps your teeth in minutes — no goopy molds — for precise, custom-fit treatment.
3-D cone-beam imaging (CBCT)
A low-dose 3-D scan shows the bone and nerves, so implants and surgery are planned exactly — before anything is permanent.
From failing teeth to a full smile.
Planned and performed in one place.
Dr. Bradley is a UCLA-trained, surgically-proficient dentist who plans, places, and restores your treatment himself — so the dentist who knows your mouth is the one doing the work, start to finish.

Common questions about All-on-X
Am I a candidate for All-on-X?
If you’re missing all of your teeth — or most of them are failing and need to come out — you’re likely a good candidate for All-on-X. If you still have several healthy teeth, Dr. Bradley may suggest a different approach, such as an implant-supported bridge or single-tooth implants, rather than removing them. You’ll get an honest answer at your free consultation.
How many teeth do All-on-4 implants replace?
All-on-4 replaces a full arch — every tooth on the top or the bottom — with a complete, fixed set of teeth anchored on about four implants. Some cases use a few more implants for extra support, which is why it’s also called All-on-X. If you need both the upper and lower replaced, that’s two arches. We confirm the exact plan with a 3-D scan.
Can I get my new teeth the same day?
In many cases, yes. Most patients leave surgery with a full set of fixed temporary teeth the same day, so you’re never without a smile. Your permanent set is crafted and fitted after your implants heal to the bone, usually over the following few months. We’ll tell you at your consultation whether same-day teeth are right for your case.
How much do All-on-4 / All-on-X implants cost?
It depends on your case — whether you’re treating one arch or both, and any preparation your jaw needs first — so we give you a clear number rather than a guess. We keep it within reach: most major insurance is accepted, and monthly payment plans and financing are available. We’ll verify your benefits and go over your exact number together at your free consultation, so you know where you stand before anything begins.
How long do All-on-X implants last?
With good care, All-on-X implants are built to last for many years. The titanium implants fuse with your jawbone and can serve you long-term, while the attached set of teeth may eventually need refreshing from normal wear. Daily cleaning, regular checkups, and avoiding tobacco all help your new smile stay strong.
Does getting All-on-X hurt?
The procedure is more comfortable than most people expect. It’s done under local anesthesia, with sedation options available, so you won’t feel pain while the implants are placed. Some mild swelling or soreness for a few days afterward is normal and is easily managed with pain relievers. Most patients are back to daily life quickly.
How do I care for All-on-X implants?
Caring for All-on-X is much like caring for natural teeth. Brush at least twice a day, clean beneath the fixed teeth (the prosthesis) the way we show you, and use any tools we recommend to keep the area free of plaque. Keep up with regular checkups and cleanings, and we’ll monitor your implants to keep your smile healthy for years.

Dental Implants
Lose a tooth and the ones around it shift, and the jawbone slowly shrinks. An implant stops that — it replaces the whole tooth, root and all, so your bite stays strong and your face keeps its shape.
Explore →Single-Tooth Implant
A single-tooth implant is a lasting way to fill the gap left by a missing tooth. A titanium post is placed into your jawbone, where it fuses with the bone over time — creating a strong foundation for a crown that blends in with the rest of your smile. The result looks, feels, and works just like a natural tooth.
Explore →Implant-Supported Bridges
When you are missing several teeth next to each other, an implant-supported bridge restores the whole row. A few dental implants — small titanium posts — are placed in the jawbone, and a custom-made bridge attaches to them. Unlike a traditional bridge or partial denture, it stays put: nothing to take out, and no grinding down the healthy teeth beside the gap.
