A fixed way to replace several teeth.
When you are missing several teeth next to each other, an implant-supported bridge restores the whole row. A few dental implants — small titanium posts — are placed in the jawbone, and a custom-made bridge attaches to them. Unlike a traditional bridge or partial denture, it stays put: nothing to take out, and no grinding down the healthy teeth beside the gap.
What an implant bridge does for you.
Protects your jawbone
The implants act like natural roots, helping preserve the jawbone and the shape of your face where teeth are missing.
A permanent, fixed solution
The bridge is anchored to implants and stays in place — a stable, lasting way to replace several teeth in a row.
Eat and speak naturally
Restores your bite and chewing, and lets you speak and smile with confidence — without adhesives or clasps.
You may be a good candidate if you…
Are missing several teeth in a row
An implant bridge is built to replace multiple adjacent missing teeth at once.
Have enough bone to anchor implants
Adequate bone density supports the implants — and if you are short, grafting can rebuild it.
Are in good overall oral health
Healthy gums and teeth give the implants a strong, stable foundation.
Want a long-term, fixed replacement
You would rather have teeth that stay in place than a removable partial denture.
From consultation to a fixed bridge.

Implant bridge questions, answered.
How long does the process take?
Treatment typically takes a few months from start to finish, since the implants need time to fuse with the bone before the final bridge goes on. The exact timeline depends on how you heal — we walk you through it at your consultation.
How do I care for an implant-supported bridge?
You care for it much like natural teeth — brushing, cleaning under and around the bridge, and regular checkups. With good care it can last many years; we show you exactly how to keep it healthy.
Will the bridge look natural?
Yes. Each bridge is custom-made to blend with your natural teeth in shape and color, so it looks and feels like your own smile.
Is it covered by insurance?
Most major dental plans help cover implant treatment, and we offer monthly payment plans. We review your options at your free consultation — no surprises.

Dental Implants
Lose a tooth and the ones around it shift, and the jawbone slowly shrinks. An implant stops that — it replaces the whole tooth, root and all, so your bite stays strong and your face keeps its shape.

If you’ve lost most of your teeth — or you’re tired of a denture that moves — All-on-X gives you back a complete set that stays in. You bite, laugh, and eat the way you would with natural teeth.
Explore →Single-Tooth Implant
A single-tooth implant is a lasting way to fill the gap left by a missing tooth. A titanium post is placed into your jawbone, where it fuses with the bone over time — creating a strong foundation for a crown that blends in with the rest of your smile. The result looks, feels, and works just like a natural tooth.
